Shipping and Return Policy

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Spread Kindness ships worldwide. 

 

WHEN WILL MY KINDNESS ADVENT CALENDAR BE SHIPPED?

Orders will be fulfilled approximately 1-3 business days from receipt of the order. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your package is on its way.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please note: given the unpredictability of the COVID-19 situation, deliveries may take longer than usual.

Standard shipping takes approximately 2-8 business days within Canada, 7-10 days in USA. International orders can take up to 15 days once shipped. Delivery times are not guaranteed and do not account for any time your order may be held at customs. 

 

CAN MY ORDER BE TRACKED?

All orders include tracking numbers. You should receive an email from Spread Kindness with the tracking number of your shipment once it is on its way. If you have not received an email, contact us : info@spread-kindness.ca

 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES?

For Canadian orders, taxes are applied and charged at checkout. 

For US and International orders, taxes and duties are based on your location and are charged at customs.

All US and International orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or custom fees upon delivery in your country. These fees are estimated by customs officials and are difficult to estimate prior to shipping. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Custom and import costs are not paid in advance. They are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Spread Kindness does not have control over customs delays and is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon delivery. 

Please note: US and international delivery times are estimates only. Delays in your country's customs bureau may add to your delivery time.

 

RETURN POLICY

All orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

In the exceptional event that your Kindness Advent Calendar has been damaged in transit, please contact us at info@spread-kindness.ca and we will be happy to help.
